Elizabeth Thornton is a Professor of Management Practice at Babson College and the founder of the Global Initiative for Objective Leadership. Her work focuses on the power of objectivity and its importance in leadership decision-making. Prior to working in academia, she had a corporate career with American Express and Bank One and more than 15 years of consulting and entrepreneurial experience. Her first book is entitled, The Objective Leader: The Power of Seeing Things As They Are.
